A workshop for women and men
Burlesque acts can be performed as solo
acts or as group choreographies. Though solos are common,
group acts are an exciting breed of their own.
Moving in a coordinated effort of united sexiness, the joys of
performing a burlesque choreography as a team are tremendous.
It is also an invaluable experience of sharing the spotlight with
your sisters and brothers, from a place of self-acceptance and mutual
appreciation of each other's uniqueness, support and kinship.
Together, we build a group routine from a piece of music plus a
basic theme. We will choreograph and learn each section step
by step, and watch the piece evolve from an idea into a playful
piece of group burlesque art!
This choreography can also be tailored for your specific group if
you opt for a private workshop.
e.g. if your group needs to prepare a particular song and act
for a special event!

Costume and fun accessories that accentuate the class experience
are usually suggested prior to class time,
but are not mandatory.
When and where is this offered? Burlesque-O-Rama is offered at various dates and locations
throughout the year.
It is available as a day workshop, or in a Performer's Package.
